Ratings and reviews

It's decent as a historical analysis tool, but I would never use this for real time trading. Also, the paper trading has a crazy delay. My live account at IBKR fills live orders instantly, this is a fake paper account, you'd think it would be just as fast or quicker than my live account, but it's not. It takes several minutes for the fake order to fill. The scanner also doesn't update price and shows incorrect column values. The 10s delay don't bother me, but the incorrect values do.

It is a great tool, but it's not without its challenges - just like any other trading software. Tech support is via email only, so any technical issues will require at least a day for a response unlike Schwab, which has 24 hour phone support. It appears that their support is offshore. Paper trading is almost useless during peak trading hours due to extreme lag with order entry. It's far better than Think or Swim or TradeStation, but problems with order placement continue to be a problem.

nothing to match it but with some obnoxious flaws. every time I open the app it gives an error message and a reload button. not just sometimes, every time. for months. and I don't know what would compel a developer to add an "auto save" feature that doesn't just save whatever work you have but there's never any telling whether the adjustments you make will be saved or you'll have to do it again 2 minutes later and the scroll wheel that has no patience and loads randomly after a half second paus
