Forces you to change your password regularly. Ridiculously inconvenient. Several times I've gone to log in quickly to check balance/do basic banking and then had to spend 5-10 minutes changing the password. Dozens of passwords over the years, can never repeat. Have been locked out for trying the wrong one when it's difficult to keep track of so many different ones. It should be my own choice to change it. Besides that it's slow, very basic, crashes, mobile deposit is unreliable.

Does what I need it to do, up to date with my balances almost all the time, pending charges are shown separate from already processed payments and totals are calculated separately with the exception of credit which doesnt usually post until the end of day sales are ran at the POS(usually gas showing as a $1 when ran by an attendant) just requires small amount of memory to keep track of those random scenarios. Dig the bill pay too; saves me from having to buy and write checks. Love the FP scanner

The app is great and I've never had a problem up until about a week ago. The biometrics has suddenly disappeared and I can't use it anymore. It's very irritating when I have to put my password in everytime I use it now. Edit: I had to delete the app and reinstall it to reactivate the biometrics setting.
