1. Bad, complicated and confusing UI/UX. 2. App prone to errors. 3. Cancellation, even done a few days before, is redeemed in form of one time voucher, means you cannot book cheaper class without losing a huge amount of money. No prompt whatsoever. What a rip off.

Crashes everywhere, bugs everywhere, can't work properly, i even can't check in on my class . Like ... huh? As a third party application, you guys need to paid UI/UX Designer and Front End IT properly so they can make this app work properly, i guess? I even use 3 devices, and can't even get anything on my own account. Can't reschedule, lagging on load my class, idk .. please, just make it works

My favorite workout online booking platform. Can't imagine if I didn't meet this app in this pandemic situation. Waiting for upgrade and other upcoming features. PS: you can't cancel the booking except the studio cancel their class. But in the end, it can make you more tied to your workout schedule.
