First of all I face issue as a Captain while accepting a trip I need to accept it twice and also it has 5 seconds of time to be accepted and also I have to update the app everyday, otherwise it won't open, yeah I understand that this software is new, it need to ne updated on daily basis but how lovely it would be if they can give us option of update runnings in background and let us use the app with flow, also after finishing the trip, it gets offline automatically, kindly solve these issues

As a Captain. * When the request pops up on the screen, 1 tap is not accepting the request and it's taken to the app, and again, we have to tap to accept the request because of this issue we loss the booking then it count as we ignore the request and we got block for 7hrs its should be an 1 tap to accept the request. * app buffering for every step * After finishing every trip, the app is going offline itself

This app is wasting of time . 4 days ago i sent my Badrgo credit yo Ooredoo account but it is not received yet. They told just 2 working days . And i was send Email and try to contact with Badrgo admin by using driver support in app . But they don't reply . I recommend to all users its a just frude.......
