Gave 2 stars because the game is easy and good graphics however you are forced to watch an ad every 70seconds yes I timed it!! That is very annoying. Another con is you have to upgrade what it tells you to upgrade and follow the steps as it unlock but you can't finish one whole room or everything that needs to go with that section before it has you unlocking something else that do not even go with the section you are working on so that is confusing and annoying.

This game is so choppy it's constantly glitching, and when it's not it's playing an ADD !!!! I know it's not my phone because this is the only game that does this... Don't put your game out unless it's ready, and don't make the game of you can't afford it a little, I'll do a couple ads, but as I got further they came quicker, it's not fun at all when you get interrupted in the middle of your game... EVERY 90 Seconds!!!!

Besides the game crashing, constant ads, and the ads not giving you the bonuses when you play them at times, it's really an interesting game. I like how you build the hospital section by section, and it enough variety of department building to keep me interested. You can either sit back and collect the money, or choose to help out your staff. For seamless gamepla though, play it offline. It's better that way.
