The ads were bothersome so I purchased the option to remove them. My app straight up doesn't work after I did this. The spell list won't sort at all when I choose any of the sort options. Then, if I tap a spell, it either shows a blank page with no writing or it crashes my app entirely. In very rare instances the spells will sort properly and in even more rare instances, the spells will actually display correctly.

I don't know if I wasn't using it right but I couldn't find any setting that would let me look up spells by class or level directly. The only option I found was alphabetical and that didn't help for looking up new third level spells for a class. Great definition of explanation if you know the one spell you're trying to look up but not helpful for spell book for information.

It honestly is a super helpful app that compiles spells from all sourcebooks. I used to recommend this app to my players, but the pop-up ads have become so inconvenient and disruptive that it's just not usable in a table setting. The search feature is also lack-lustre with no search by spell text and limit filter options, so in some cases you're just better off using Google. It's a great app if you don't need to look stuff up on the fly, search by keyword, and don't mind the ads.
