There isn't every option, but there are MANY. There are basic races and more from ebberon, forgotten realms, and more. Spell Jammers is missing. You have more limited classes, but sub classes are varied. Cleric has domains outside of players handbook. I like how the app works over all. It does crash at times, but it always keeps data. It remembers my characters. To level up beyond 3rd level, it's only $4 and change. That's super cheap and not necessary for the extra choices.

The "Options" button was hard to see, you can't autoselect the level of your character upon first creation nor add multiple levels at once (which can waste time), some races didn't show up (Half-Dragon, specifically, (and did select FTD in Sources) so I have to hope it was under 'Dragonborn'), the 'Tutorial' doesn't actually teach how the character sheet operates in the app, (unless the paid version has it) I can't seem to add any extra equipment or items to my character, and more issues.👍 app

This is a great character sheet app that's easy to use and very aesthetically pleasing! I do want to note, though - it calculates dice roll averages incorrectly. What it seems to do is always round down: for instance, the average roll of a d6 is 3.5, but we round to 3 because you can't roll a non-integer. This matters when you roll more than one die. For instance, the average damage roll for a greatsword without modifiers (2d6) is 7. This app thinks it's 6.
