The app is nice if you just want to order food and use the work credits available. However, it runs pretty slow, and the nutrition information is laughably incorrect. I have talked to support and kitchen staff about fixing the nutrition with no luck. All the nutrition information is either mislabeled or outright missing, which makes it impossible to use the app when on a diet. Also, the allergen information is inconsistent, which is a problem for people with food sensitivities.

Not sure after many negative reviews why rating is so high. Support never listens and the app keeps on charging through your card even if you have company credit balance remaining. Frequently crashing and slow, not only with my device with others as well. Also without using my work credit it charged by added credit card and very hard to reach support and they gave incorrect number to connect.

I chatted with my food service people and asked them how to distinguish my yesterday receipt vs today's receipt, they said they really couldn't tell, if you could show a green background to today's receipt that will help staff easily identify receipt, on yesterday it could be red etc
