Ratings and reviews

Formatting and usability is horrible. The trackers on the home page don't match what you see inside the order info. The app cuts off the submit buttons when you are typing and I couldn't scroll or dismiss the keyboard by tapping outside the text box. Design in general is cluttered and cut off. If this app works to order food, I haven't gotten it to work yet.

I have been trying to add my campus meal plan for months, but it keeps sayong try again, and I have messaged support multiple times within the last couple of weeks. My messages in their direct support chat have not even been read a single time. I can't use it for anything more than a glorified menu and half the time thats wrong too. I can't order through it, I don't know if the food it says my cafeteria has actually has it, and there's absolutely no support happening to help with the issues.

Painful. I despise that our cafeteria has moved to this nonsense as a "time saver"---kiosk is slow, bar codes don't work because they aren't entered, tabbing through layers to pay for your items. Waste of time and money. I refuse to add my credit card to some stupid app I use just for the cafeteria and don't trust from a cybersecurity perspective.
