Very long time for delivery, you can wait up to two hours sometimes,. The most recent incident happened when I placed an order, received a confirmation, however, the restaurant was not available for some reason. Instead of proactively telling me so I could place another order, I found out when I called after 30 minutes. Very unprofessional, unreliable. There are better platforms out there to order from.

Worst customer service. I paid Eat Easy Pro. Whenever I want to order, they charge for delivery. I chat and email every day for the last 10 days, but they can not sort out the issue. Fraud company.worst food app ever.do not buy their subscription. It's all fraud, and they have no contact no. only a chat option, but they close chat without solving the issue. Pathetic service.

its a nicely designed app. easy to use and the way certain sections have been seperated mskes it easy to browse through the restaurants depending on what you are looking for. there are alot of restaurants available which is great and it has all that you need to make a quick order from your phone. only suggestion would be to make the logos of the restaurants bigger so its more eye catching when flipping through .
