It would be helpful if after the you scan the qr code and the vehicle has a known issue it would let you log that the van was out again with the same issue so that you can see grounding non-compliance each time you scan the code. It should disappear if an issue has been marked as resolved.

A validation study with 3,500+ drivers and 30+ million miles of driving data confirmed that drivers with lower FICO® Safe Driving Scores have a higher crash involvement rate.
