App is slow, UI elements are un-responsive or in places underneath mobiles UI, old design that have a lot of un-usfull elements. The user experience requires enhancing that allow people to easily see the bills, make sense of the charts, breakdown and easily even get help if they feel there's faulty powerline, or water leak in their homes/apartments.

Used to be able to download the pdf version of the bill, now it shows the pdf, but I can't download it, once I press (print ) it takes me to empty online web page, tried both iPhone and android, the pdf is shown, print option shown, but once clicked it does not work. Please keep a separate ( direct download icon) so we can download the Bill's Thank you

App is good, I would like to suggest making the meter reading submission using a photo of your meter. Then it could be instantly verified with your meter serial number and no need to wait for a reading before the usage is registered.
