Just switched from another company using Total Connect 2 as the app. This app works so much better for my family vs. Total Connect! Connects instantly, and very responsive. I can watch the sensors open and close on my phone instantaneously. I do not have other devices like cameras, etc., only the basics: Fire, doors, motion, but very pleased.

Better prices than ADT and live support, 2 stars. The app/system, 0 stars. A lot less features and details. Can't tell which door was opened & when, with app. No Quick Exit feature to leave the house, open the door to grab a pkg, or go in the garage. You have to disarm and arm every time. You can't set different volumes for different panels. The siren is annoying. The indoor Alula camera motion sensor feature isn't good. It misses activity often. Someone can enter without video capture. Useless!

This app continues to disappoint. It frequently hangs, fails to arm or disarm. Disconnects from our system. Or we just suddenly have to log back in even with biometric unlock setup.
