Poor Customer Service. Commitments not fulfilled after making the payment. No response from customer care especially Syeda Fiza who made 2 days token delivery commitments for the payment and even after 5 days the token is still not received. Go for other vendors for DSC creation.

worst app no particular process and server always fails, customer services also fails utterly

I am using a DSC dongle for eSigning. It works very well. But the app has a shortcoming. It requires the document for digital signature to be opened only using adobe acrobat. Not correct. Should be possible to eSign .pdf document opened by any other app of user's choice. Should also allow the user to change the FONTS to be used & layout of the e-signature block [not the details]. It did not allow me to submit the review without rating the app for phone. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I don't use on phone
