eMudhra Customer app helps the users to easily perform several activities for their digital certificate application form.

eMudhra is a Certifying Authority issuing Signature and Encryption certificates.

Customers can use this app to perform the below activities:
1. Perform Video recording.
2. Check their existing application status.
3. Perform a one-click call to eMudhra customer care.

The app is developed in a simple way to perform easier video recording using the phone’s camera, and submit it to eMudhra seamlessly using a Wifi or mobile internet connection. (Preferably 3G / 4G)

The crappiest app. I can well imagine the people who produced it. Buttons are temperamental and don't work with one or several clicks while 45 seconds of recording time speedily passes by. Date of birth can not be entered in free hand, only by back clicking month by month from current date on given calender icon. Needed only about 500 clicks! So much for IT expertise India is getting a name for. Don't use it.

They hire indiafilings for verification which has horrible service,once you buy it, agents don't even reply for any support, And if you forget the password, they will make you buy the digital signature certificate again paying the full amount, instead of password reset by OTP Horrible horrible,

Very very worst experience, Trying to connect with customer care since two days but always on waiting. Two times registered call back but no response. Three times uploaded videos but once log in it shows video uploading is pending. This is totally waste of time.
