Edit I'm able to log in now. It's a great app now that I can log in. Been working with support - who are very communicative and professional. There will be an update of the app soon for login issues. Looking forward to bumping up my review. Cannot log in. Works on browser. Logging in seems to work then just brings me back to the login scree.

No way to fix your account name if it was misspelled in the app but it can be done on the website. "Contact Carta Support" link opens email client with a blank "to" field so can't get help using it. Support phone number can be found when you select "customer support pin" which is not intuitive. Called support and it was a short wait and they were very helpful. The app allows you to simulate exercising your options which helps a lot with understanding how options work.

The app stopped notifying me on vested stocks. When I try to reset the password they did not send the link. I managed to get an agent on the phone and she helped me resolve it, but the email or online form should be available to everyone on the website. Lack of proper support channels on the website is the reason for 3 stars.
