Opening screen is sensory overload. Far too much there to handle on startup. The bill pay is a disaster. Too many steps just to pay a bill and you have to hunt to schedule. Otherwise it just picks a random day. I do like the finance tab. Being able to see where my money goes (dining out, utilities, personal,etc) is nice but the algorithm kinda stinks. It picked groceries as personal, student loans as utilities, just all over the place. Over all VERY disappointing.

Transactions are NEVER up to date like the old app. The old app was way more proficient. You don't mess with a working system. This app and layout is redundant. You can't see your balance for each transaction. Just overall balance. It automatically groups all transactions on all accounts which is very frustrating when trying to keep up with your balance per account. No longer a quick and easy.

At first the app was great, easy to use, and convenient. Past few months there has been problems, may be a server or internal issue. Checking with ISP and other entities. Vulnerabilities and threats may be on the app's coding or from outside. Insecure banking does not bode well for a business. Other users may be experiencing problems.
