1 Many (but not all) employers, government benefits providers, and other originators send direct deposits early with an effective date of 1-4 days later. Beginning with your second direct deposit of at least $5 from the same source, the Central Bank of Kansas City (CBKC) will post the funds to your Payactiv Visa Prepaid Card when we receive it, rather than on the effective date. This may result in your having access to the funds sooner. The date CBKC receives your direct deposit and the effective date are controlled by the originator.

Terrible customer service!!! The app has been giving me the same error message about being locked out of my account due to suspicious activity and when you call them for help they basically just tell you anything to get rid of you. They have been telling me for 4 days that my account should be back active in 24 hours. I'm so irritated with them. I had an emergency and couldn't access anything and they don't help at all.

As other users have noted, this app is complete garbage. The fact that it makes you log in multiple times, just to hopefully get it to work once is incredibly frustrating considering most people rely on this for access to their own money. In terms of the "accesible" money that you're suppose to be able to access early hardly ever works is another huge frustration. Keep checking to see if there are updates available and nope. Just the same crappy app with numerous issues. Horrible.

it's been more than 24 hours dealing with current log in issues that still haven't been resolved I've called customer support 4 times in 2 days, and was left on hold for an hour and 26 minutes today, had to hang up and call for the 4th time, to speak to someone who again gave me almost no assistance, you have to make multiple log in attempts when it is working and doesn't just send you over to the "your account is temporarily locked" screen, this app and company are unprofessional poorly managed
