The app takes too much time to load on a lastest phone. It does not ask for permission to Device Storage but give an option for a receipt to Save In Gallery after payment. Obviously it does not work and you have no option but to take a screenshot.

The app is too good, very well designed and to the point. But I had a very tough time entering my Emirates id number because it would not show the "-" itself and would not allow me to type. If I entered the ID number without '-', it would ask me to complete the number of digits. Some redesigning of code required at the backend. Rest all is great. Thanks

What can I say? Bill payment failed for no reason and it's showing that the payment failed because "payment was successful" The amount was still deducted and had not reflected to my bill. And the worst thing is when you try to raise a complaint through the app itself it doesn't allow you because you can't chose anything from the drop down menu on the mandatory options. So you want to try and call them so you press the call button it starts dialing some random number that is not even a number
