The bank deleted my account without a reason or even a notification. It seems a public problem happened because of a sudden update on thrusday before. In order to return my account back, it was mandatory to re-associate my debit card with a new username by visiting the link of "forget your username" in the application, and then follow all instructions of creating a new account. What a bad experience to not be able to use the application when you urgently need it.

why should I turn off developer options to access the app? it is so stupid. every other app and other banks apps doesn't require that to access the app and work just fine with developer options turned on so what is the problem here exactly? the app itself seems to be so bad and crashing a lot just look at the ratings and reviews, why would you not change it or fix it? why would a big bank not listen to their customers complaints ?

My Gawd What kind of online banking system is that?! the app has been down for god knows how long. This is completely unacceptable. Thank you fir giving me even more reasons to leave.
