IBM MaaS360 Remote Support is a module for IBM MaaS360. This add-on allows your IT help desk to sign into your device and remotely help troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing. For Samsung devices this allows the capability to remotely view and control the device. Whereas for other devices, it provides the capability to only remotely view the device. Permission must be given to IT before they are able to control your device. Requires IBM MaaS360 and an account with IBM MaaS360.
