Poor customer service I have been trying to reach out to the bank for almost a year now to have access to my account and make a deposit till now no response from the calls I make and messages I send....my password on the app has been blocked so I can't have access to my account to make a deposit I'm in a rural area far from town. How do I get assistance to gain access to your Internet banking system.

The app is okay, but I can't seem to find a way to manage my mastercard... like transfer money to it or view my balance. The only options available are to limit, block and unblock card

Hello Francisco, thank you for getting in touch. To access funds on your Mastercard, please dial *776*69# on the registered local phone number on the card. It allows you to view your balance and transfer funds.

I changed phones and installed the app. When I enter details it tells me "device mismatch", adding up to the unpleasant experiences while I was using it previously. Please don't ask me to send an email because your response time and support services is very bad. I just want you to know this. You are trying but you can do better comparing you to other local banks. Please don't let the "local" affect your services..
