This app is unreliable. It fails on WiFi and shows “can’t connect to the server” on mobile data. It only works with the internet from the registered SIM, but some data bundles are exclusive to the app. How can we buy those bundles if the app won’t connect? Useless App!!

The App UI is clashing with my phones UI. when im in the main menu of the app i cant select the bottom options because they are on top of the menu, back, and app draw buttons. Fix the app.

Quite frustrating, the app has been working well until recently, when I am logged out, and each time I try, I am told that I don't have a secure connection. I've tried hotspotting, wifi, and data, and nothing works. I have cleared cache and re-download the app. To top it off, I can't seem to reach any MTN support center, whether on call online.
