This app is unreliable. It fails on WiFi and shows “can’t connect to the server” on mobile data. It only works with the internet from the registered SIM, but some data bundles are exclusive to the app. How can we buy those bundles if the app won’t connect? Useless App!!

Quite frustrating, the app has been working well until recently, when I am logged out, and each time I try, I am told that I don't have a secure connection. I've tried hotspotting, wifi, and data, and nothing works. I have cleared cache and re-download the app. To top it off, I can't seem to reach any MTN support center, whether on call online.

The app is good, and it would be perfect if MoMo and MyMTN app were combined as one app. It would be better to access both services by just using one app instead of two apps just like what other Network service providers have done...
