I have just renewed my plan with Flexiroam after a using it for the first time. I must say that initially it was clunky to set up, but once up and running it really is excellent. But beware, if you have data left at the end of your, you must purchase a similar plan & amount to extend its validity. On a really positive note, the companies online help is probably one of the best I have encountered anywhere. It's fast and with knowledgeable folk dealing with you.

I started using this esim in Europe because I could get a long-term plan. Last summer it started getting buggy, couldn't activate it, and eventually asked for a refund which I got as a credit. Entering Thailand recently I got a 30-day plan, but when it came time to renew, I received no notification, plus no way to top it up. They suggested that I activate a new plan, spent 24 hours with email communication, and never got it working. Their chat feature is a joke, no one ever responds.

Pricing used to be very competitive. However, over the past year, they have raised prices exorbitantly. There is just no incentive to use it as connection isn't stable sometimes too. Also, with other companies (Airalo, eSIM) offering better pricing structure for global plans, there just isn't a good reason to use
