How Do You Know if a Spell Is Working?

Typically, spells don't result in immediately visible outcomes. For example, a love spell may start with changes in the feelings of the person on whom the spell is cast. Even after their feelings have changed, it may take time for feelings to turn into actions or to develop fully.

Who has ever been confused about whether Wiccans are Witches, or vice versa, can rest assured that they are not alone! These two words have been used in different ways, with sometimes very different connotations, for centuries. Today, they may be considered interchangeable by some practitioners of Wicca, but completely distinct from each other by others. Some Wiccans identify as Witches, while others do not. Furthermore, there are plenty of folks whose practice of Witchcraft has elements that overlap with Wicca, but who do not identify as Wiccans.

* Witchcraft

Interestingly enough, however, the origins of what we now know as Wicca was absolutely considered to be Witchcraft, as described by Gerald Gardner and many others who studied and practiced occult spirituality in the U.K. from the 1940s through the 1960s, where the Gardnerian and Alexandrian traditions were founded and developed.

* Wicca

So where does the word “wicca” come from? It’s actually an Old English word for “sorcerer” or “diviner,” and comes from the old Anglo-Saxon culture, where these magical skills were valued. As the English language evolved, “wicca” eventually became “witch,” a linguistic shift that occurred sometime during the 1500s.

What is a spell, exactly? A spell is similar to a prayer, but with focused intention and harnessed energy. Spells can be used for personal gain, as we are in control of our own lives and where we go in life. They should not be used to gain control over others, however. But ultimately morals are at the behest of the spellcaster, and so the individual will deal with the consequences.

Jar spells, also known as bottle spells or container spells, are an old form of folk magic. One of the earliest mentions of this type of magic came from a 17th century. A man was advised to make a Witch's jar for his wife, because it was suspected that she was being 'bewitched' and they wanted to break the curse.

One of the most detailed and user friendly witchcraft apps. Explains all the basics first that are so essential to become a powerful witch, rather than just throwing you right into casting and wondering why they're not working.

The material skirts around the subjects. There is very little knowledge, sometimes none, in the subjects as the app has them separated to. Very disappointed

Great bait, but while the app tells you what it is going to tell you, a ladder spell, how to do a jar spell, tips on this or that, it DOES NOT have any additional info. Just silly.
