This application allows you to stay informed and manage your contract directly from your mobile phone by benefiting from the features of your insured space:

- Consultation of the latest healthcare reimbursements

- Access to your third-party payment certificate

- Consultation of your health guarantees

- Location of the closest health professionals

- Consultation and modification of your personal information (contact details, bank details, list of beneficiaries, etc.)

- Request for hospital care



This application also allows you to stay in touch with Collecteam through the "Contact us" section.

To connect to the application, it is necessary to enter the identifier (available on your third-party payment card under the name Contract number) and the password associated with your insured space.
