Really great I've been using it for years I studied hypnosis when I was younger we had a plexiglass version in a black frame and it would spin clockwise or counterclockwise There used to be a hypnotic spiral on the app store that would do that I like I can choose colors or speed on this app the only thing that it is missing is bi-directional ity

Its okay i guess? I mean, i feel more relaxed but like, it doesnt make you sleep unless your mind is too weak to become controlled.
