App has been buggy lately after years with no issues. A few times in the past month or so I've gotten to the last screen and the "place order" button just isn't there. I put in the tip and . . . that's it. Nothing happens, nothing loads, I'm stuck. I finally give up and go to the website to finish my order. I love FD but the app has been a pain lately.

I love FreshDirect and have been ordering using this app every week for years. But since a recent update something is wrong. It says I'm logged in but at the same time doesn't have any order history or my address, and goes nuts sending me 6-digit codes over and over. (Like 12 codes in 2 minutes.) And then it doesn't even work to try to log in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no improvement. Decided to just to just delete it and use web browser instead.

The app froze on me. Lost over 20 items in my cart. Had to start over. I started over and the app froze again. App is glitchy and unreliable. You need to hire new app developers. It's probably for the better since their prices are through the roof expensive and likely won't be ordering again.. No wonder they're giving away 50 buck off promotions. They're 30 to 50 percent more expensive than even Whole Foods. That's pretty bad.
