The mobile pickup could be better. I received notifications that my order is ready to he picked up, the app will allow me to select that I'm on my way. Then when attempting to check in after I arrived the app states that I've arrived too early to get my items.... Happens too often. Not an isolated incident.

It'd be nice if it was a little more user friendly. I can't ever get anything to actually load as a coupon. They have to scan their papers at the register. And the prices are never what the signs show. I always pay $1 more than what the signs say. Irritating. Needs to be like the Target app where you can scan the actual items and load it that way instead of sitting and searching then it don't work anyway! Ugh

I do just about everything electronically. Saying that, I had to open my bank app to retrieve my debit card info, and gerbes app logged me out. I get signed back in after resetting my password because, of course biometrics doesn't work and I don't remember the millionth password. Finally get to check out, card info in and my phone rings. Mind you, I'm on a mobile device, and again, signs me out, resets & to top it off takes my delivery time. Which of course was a 10$ fee, not including auto tip.
