The submit checkout add to cart and pay buttons are almost virtually unclickable. It took me 5+minutes to be able to click it eventually I had to use a stylus because of how low on the screen it was. There was no option to adjust zoom and overall was very difficult to actually place an order thru the app. Next time I will just do it in store.

Do not buy giftcards for this place. Giftcards are only redeemable in app and if you have a balance that is less than a drink, you have to reload the giftcard (minimum $10). Won't let you cash out the balance of the giftcard, even though it's the law in CA.

Their bubble tea containers have a scratch-off that you're supposed to input in the app to get rewards but there's nowhere to input the code? Seems maybe it's automatic instead which is fine but just really confusing. App itself isn't the most intuitive in general. Haven't yet used it to order but seems similar to their website.
