WHAT IS G.A.I.M. Plan?

G.A.I.M. stands for Goal. Attitude. Idea & Motivation. These are four key component of a plan that leads to success. Collaborate with us in identifying a specific and individualized GAIM plan that can lead to positive growth for you.

G.A.I.M. PLAN is an eclectic approach utilize in treating a variety of mental illness in diverse populations. This approach utilizes components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and others in achieving client’s desired outcomes.

G.A.I.M. PLAN uses a 3 phase model, known as PGP in helping clients conceptualize and realize their goals.

WHAT WE OFFER

As part of our treatment services, we offer individual counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. All of our counseling services are provided by highly skilled and licensed clinicians who have years of experience helping individuals to improve the quality of their lives. As part of the counseling process, you will have the opportunity to meet your therapist for an initial assessment to identify your treatment needs, goals, and objectives you would like to achieve, and discuss recommendations to meet your goals.
