Horrible delivery experience. Ordered from online store and they delivered to wrong address. Ordered 2 ps5 games. They delivered only 1 initially. Had to follow up with the making multiple calls to get update on why the other one was missing in package. Then they delivered the second one somewhere else. Also their helpline number is not easy to get. Had to call stores and then get the helpline number from them. Also the helpline number doesn't work during the weekend and late in the evening.

I am extremely disappointed in the online support of this application, basically non-existent support online when you wish to coordinate with them. they have stuff listed as available in stock to buy only days after delayed orders to find out the item is out of stock. Either we buy a newer one or a refund. the customer service hasn't responded regarding my issue, which is their own fault to begin with! for God's sake, update your items. If they're out of stock, don't scam us!!
