Used to love these cameras until some kind of internet blip occurred and caused them to quit working. Have tried over and over to get them going again but, the control options are not helpful. It keeps saying my username OR password is wrong but, not which one. Hard to get to controls because there's no menu that lists all of them. If you're in a menu and choose an option, you might accidentally find other menu options, otherwise you'll never know they're there. I rely on my cameras. I need them

Working great for what we wanted it, and we basically use the hard drive and record, as per schedule and set-up. Just as other market leader it will send lots of notifications and sounds, when I select those options, perhaps a little too sensitive, even when on the lowest setup. However, the camera works great and we don't need to share any information like many other systems want like Google or Amazon. That was very important to us in our family environment. Works also when on a trip in Europe.

I really wanted to love these cameras, the first time I turned them on they were crisp and connected great. I needed to change the time but, didn't understand what password I needed. I was finally able to get in on my t.v. using the mouse. My kit didn't come with instructions so I am trying to figure things out as I go. Anyway, after putting a password and changing the time etc. I went back to the app and now it keeps telling me wrong password. It won't let me look at my camera feed anymore.
