The EventWorks App is a companion app to the EventsWorks software designed for organizations that manage events. EventWorks software provides organizers with the tools to solicit and schedule personnel to service the managed events, manage and monitor their attendance, checkin & checkout of their posts, communications and exceptions during the event, as well as location based security tools to manage security at the event.
This EventWorks companion app allows the volunteers and/or organization personnel that will provide service at the event to manage their schedules, check-in and checkout of their shift at the event location, get their assignments after checkin, and able to communicate with the event organization through chat, voice or video communications. The companion app also tracks the volunteer and/or organization personnel's location while they are checked-in for their shift to ensure assignment coverage as designed by the event organizer.
This app is designed as a companion app for users registered in the EventsWorks Software only and authorized by the organization that licenses the EventWorks Software. It will not operate as a standalone application.
