Don't like it. Beyond that, it's a total scam. They claim that you can keep items in certain quantities and get sale prices, yet they ended up charging the full new price and not the clearance sale price. After canceling, they charged 88$ for a 20$ item. Don't do it. Bad choice altogether Also, just didn't like the clothes beyond one blouse which was very well worn and certainly not worth 100 bucks. Unbelievable that any company can be this bad and stay in business.

Haven't had any problems with the APP. Very user-friendly. UPDATE: This app is in desperate need of an upgrade. When I opened it tonight, it camped out on the purple screen. Generally, it is extremely slow, non-responsive, times itself out, and asks if I want to wait. I have submitted these issues to the IT department multiple times, and it's still problematic. Please fix this app Gwynnie.

Glitchy. Most of the time the account info will not load, can't see or use rewards, the filters in the outlet don't work (and never have), it doesn't let you know when you have put a duplucate item in your closet, doesn't alert you when you put a returned item back in your cart, sometimes the purple screen just freezes. I took a break from the serive after being a loyal customer for years. Looks like I'll be canceling again.
