How Drop Off Works:
Package Your Item
Ensure your item is properly packaged and has a UPS shipping label attached.

Visit a UPS Drop Box
Simply open the drop box app on your phone to connect and open a door and drop off your item. Be sure to close the door when you're done.

Receive Email Notification
When your package is dropped off, you will receive an email notification.

Downloaded this app to use a UPS dropbox for the first time. Took a little while to get it set up on my phone (wouldn't let me connect to the particular dropbox I wanted), and then it seemed to work well -dropbox opened and I got a confirmation email showing when I dropped off my package. But then my package was not picked up for another EIGHT DAYS. Will not be using this system again due the delay

Horrible cant see the whole menu on the phone e. Why use an app to drop off packages,you don't ask for label I fo so its not for shipping its so you give permission for them to download all your phones data. Its cute when they say you can change those settings later,well after they have your info on first log in. Get rid of this app it has no other use but for UPS to have data to sell and make money on.

I was stuck on the connecting to drop box screen forever. I looked like a weirdo standing out there in the cold waiting for this to load up but it never did. So I went to another drop box location using their "UPS drop box locations" and all it did was take me to the middle of the freeway. So I just said forget this and dropped my package at USPS.
