Version 12.0.1 has been a huge disappointment. This app once provided a seamless way to access Digital Act Mobile without a laptop, but now most of the essential features are gone. Instead, everything seems to be pushed to the MyHCLTech SharePoint portal, making the app redundant. For something described as "The digital buddy, for empowered HCL employees", this update feels anything but empowering.

Very Slow App...Takes too much time to open up. Also, it requires good internet connectivity. If you are at a place with little low connectivity, you cannot utilise any of its features as it is going to take too much time as well as you keep on getting an error 'something went wrong, try again later'. For 4G phone users, this app is a challenge to use.

Worst app. It mentions that Teams informed to quickly resolve, but which team is informed about any issue. I don't see any progress. Reordering the sections doesn't work. While dragging the sections in the list view to reorder, it slides itself while scrolling the screen up. No updates visible, only numbers are changed in the version which is for name sake.
