What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is an appointment on phone or video, you’ll speak to your practitioner over secure HealthEngine video, regular phone, or by using Facetime, WhatsApp or Skype (dependent on the practice set up).

Many health issues can be solved through Telehealth and it’s a great pre-screener to touch base with your healthcare practitioner. Sometimes, the practitioner will need to see you in person and ask you to come in for a follow up appointment, or provide you with the next steps.

Pathetic!. I've been using this for years and the past year, all its been doing is completely logging me out and forgetting my login details!. I don't ever use it or touch the app unless I need to make a doctors appointment, but now days, all it does, is makes me fill out my login details and it never, ever remembers my password or anything! Absolutely pathetic and annoying, even when I'm always using the biometric fingerprint to login!

My care threw health engine has been excellent , that i have had my health.concerns addressed, and very.easy to find the heath care in one place 👍😜, but now i find the health engine to invasive as they want you to give your account ir credit card details befour you can make a online appointment now i think.this is very poor as i use it alot , as a result of this i could not make a doc appointment and missed out so i had to call and make appointment over the phone instead deleting app 👎👎👎🤨

I have 2 issues with this app. 1: even though in app there seems to be the ability to book a long consultation, it does not work (at least with my preferred practice. 2: following point 1, if you book direct with the practice, it does not reflect back to Health engine. Past that the app itself generally seems to work ok. I do wonder though as to who is actually storing my data .
