FOR CLIENTS:

When you work with a wellness provider that uses Healthie, you’ll receive an invitation to create a Healthie account. The email that you use to create this account will allow you to log into your client portal from the web, or the Healthie mobile app. Together, you and your provider will be able to share data, and work together in real-time.

While your provider will personalize your experience, here are some of the features that may be part of your care:

Healthie enables you to manage your business and engage with clients from anywhere. With in-app and push notifications, you’ll never miss an update about your business or clients. Log in with the email address associated with your Healthie practitioner account to access:

• Add or edit client sessions
• Review client information
• Message with clients
• Review logged client food & lifestyle entries, and provide real-time feedback
• Create & complete tasks
• Launch video calls
• Upload documents to your library & share with clients

Same issues for bothGoogle Pixel 8 issues and computer desktop 1) there are constant loading and connection issues. I have to open the close the app and the refresh on my desktop multiple times just to get it to load. 2) typing issues. When I try to type in chat or program module, the typing cursor gets stuck. It will just type in one place and it won't allow me to move it. I have to refresh ever few words. 3) I am unable to integrate my Google Fit account. It is blocked for being unsafe.

Needs some polishing, but otherwise good. It'll sometimes glitch when it comes to messages and notifications, so sometimes I'll have to close and restart the app to load the messages. It won't save edited journal entries, whether changing the date or content. Sometimes it removed custom entry types my provider added, and I wish we could pay invoices on the app. But the features that do work are very convenient and much used. I appreciate the accessibility to my provider

This app shouldn't be released in its current state. The app weirdly lags when scrolling down. When the description in a food entry hits a certain point, it lags then, too (and often crashes). As a developer myself, I really have no idea how they managed to mess up performance in those two areas. On top of that, when writing a comment, the text color is barely darker than the white background. You really can't see what you're typing. Useful app but kind of unusable atm. Devs, please fix this.
