While you’ve been staying home, we’ve been working to make the ferry better than ever, with more flexible schedules, new routes and lower fares. Not to mention rigorous health and safety measures.

Ratings and reviews

Works well for checking schedules, especially if you use a number of routes or are new to the ferries. Views of route details are essentially the same as the website; notifications on route alerts are nice. I wish there was a way to favorite specific routes and immediately see upcoming departures from the home screen, and get alerts if high ridership is expected (like a ball game, show up early to the stop).

Getting tickets through the app was easy to do... just make sure you know where you want the ferry to drop you off. The ride was smooth and pretty quick to cross from Oakland to San Francisco. It's the best way to get to the SF/city without the hassle of traffic and parking!

Works REALLY well , until you try to delete your account. Easy instructions on how to do it, but it does NOT delete your account! Customer Care tells me to do what I've already tried a dozen times. Yes, I've uninstalled app, then reinstalled, then checked to see if my account has been deleted. Nope. Grrrr.
