This app works terrible on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. It has huge lag. Sometimes I have to click on subject multiple times before it registers the click. Sometimes I have to close the app completely then open again to change chat groups, sometimes when I click the text box it does nothing leaving me to tap repeatedly until it loads, uploading files takes extra unessesary steps, all in all the load time/lag makes the app difficult to use.

Been using for few months and while I think the notification features could be improved, but I couldn't find any other app which along being hippa compliant give all these features for free. Adding family members to patient channel helped a lot during covid, and its something I was missing in previous app

I love this app. I would highly recommend Hucu.ai to all solo or group practitioners because the best side of it is that you can openly throw information out there in ONE PLATFORM because it's HIPPA compliant.
