I think this is a problem with all ICICI Apps. The Developer Option if enabled gives an error and does not let you use it. It should be a warning instead. Reducing the rating because after sharing details no action or response. If I could remove this one * too I wish. No response from the team. Nor the RM

Experience is very bad. It takes hale of a time to update a transaction. It is surprisingly shocking that Icici is associated with such worst app. I added fund in the wallet, which is still not reflecting. In fact there is no option in this app to know my wallet balance. So many negatives are there in this app. Please look into this and do the needful.

The world has moved on, ICICI Banks own app is worldclass but all of ICICI Security tech and app is still 10 years behind. Also there is no option for direct mutual fund. They need to think innovatively and improve user experience and provide better insights. 1) This is not a direct mutual platform. They charge 1-2% commission as they only show regular mutual funds though it is not clearly mentioned. Why will I use them when there is etmoney, groww, coin etc. App has no biometric.
