app is good but we can add money in app when distribution have enough balance I don't know what is that amount mut maney time I have to recharge peoples 2nd ery sim by other app at present also I have to recharge a customer of rs509. of 84days and in my app 399+ balance in my bank account 50000+ then also I can't add money in the app because distributor has not enoughf balance I have to recharge their 2nd airtel number😔

Smart- Connect I request the officer to make one more improvement in this application Like do it with face or with device When at last your retailer takes his face, if he does not take the face then it goes to the device, then it does not go to the face, it goes to the device, do this, until the retailer takes the face, it does not get selected in the device Retailers are getting very upset ever since the L1 device has come, if no one has it with them then they do it through face if the retailer

Dear @ViCustomerCare, while activating SIMs through Smart Connect, capturing customer photos with a strict white background is very difficult in real conditions. Please update the software with an AI-based auto white background option – it will save time, effort & improve compliance. 🙏
