the help section on the app is useless. doesn't work at all. when you visit the store they say you will get a reference number by message and it never appears. so you have to visit the store and the store says call customer care. between the app, the store and customer care they make you circle around without sorting the query. n yes most places when you travel, there is no network. they are not happy to help at all.

The Vi app is frustrating to use. It often doesn’t open on the first try with my Vi SIM. Even when it opens, it keeps buffering, and the content section also loads very slowly. Another issue is that after updates or a few days of inactivity, the app logs me out automatically. I have to log in again every time, which is inconvenient. Overall, the app needs better speed, stability, and login management

Absolutely disappointing experience. I activated an 84-day VI plan jiohostar, but despite showing as active, much of the content is still locked and keeps asking for an extra subscription. I raised a complaint with screenshots and recordings and even emailed support, but received no response—not even an acknowledgment. This feels misleading, and the lack of customer support is unacceptable.
