You can see only ur plan details & offers. Recharge to be done otherwise. Speed test is not working at all. Chat facility is good . Vas and other services like caller tune, msg. Plans etc.'s Details are not there . So many rectifications are needed. 4.7.26 new version not working at all. sticking many time. no interface is opening up. pl update for smooth experience. otherwise waste of money

The network is always slow and when I go in there app for some help, they always advised to troubleshoot but it also didn't work properly always told to switch on the data roaming even it is on. and when I try to raise a complaint it didn't submit, I try multiple times but the complaint didn't get submitted and the app itself is very slow, really very disappointing and poor service.

the help section on the app is useless. doesn't work at all. when you visit the store they say you will get a reference number by message and it never appears. so you have to visit the store and the store says call customer care. between the app, the store and customer care they make you circle around without sorting the query. n yes most places when you travel, there is no network. they are not happy to help at all.
