Simply Awesome Many thanks for your response on my written gesture about my Vodafone. Complicated is greater than Simplicity, such as Class 10 is greater than Class 4. But Simple is welcomed with love, joy, fun and peace always. To reach class 10 need to cross class 4, share simplest than others. Make a point "the value of zero", with minus and plus. "Follow the Network", just like "A Child follows His Family". Better and still improving, but "is it better than best". very helpful and most useful for all.
The previous version was better. And above all if you are using Red family plan the app doesn't show the cumulative usage . Of all the numbers it only shows of only one number. And at times it doesn't shows the any usage details at all even after uninstall and reinstall the app. It also keep on showing the packs which you have got removed from your plan .Even after you have got the confirmation for the same via customer care.
Forceful registration to m-pesa is not acceptable With the current app update, vodafone is trying to forcefully accept terms & conditions & register to m-pesa service. You either accept it or uninstall the app. I have been vodafone customer since 14 years and have never witnessed such desperate attempt by company to grab potential business. I am uninstalling the app. You guys have forgotten 'freedom of choice'.
Forceful registration to mPesa Through Recent Vodafone app update Vodafone is forcing customers to create mPesa account. Their is no option to skip or cancel. We Do not want MPesa account . This is not ethical way of doing business atleast to a reputed company like yours . It should be customers wish if he wants to use your mPesa service or not. Highly unethical.
Pure crap My god! Cheaters! Do not download! They are deducting money alone and transaction failed message appears! U call the customer care to report it and they say no record exists that our money has been deducted! We are middle class people only! We can't afford to go to police and consumer court! Please do not fall into Vodafone trap! I am changing my service provider immediately!
This is pathetic..even after so many negative feedbacks this app is still not corrected.. it's still forcing M paisa on customers!! This means Vodafone does not care for customer feedback. Don't know what's wrong with them. Why they want to lose their old customers for this nonsense!! I will definitely switch to some other provider if it's not corrected in next few days.
