Worst of all apps. Have raised a complaint more than 4 times never got a solution even mailed them, still no reply. Irritating and frustrating the app is because they ask again and again to login. The app can't know the details of my ongoing pack. Despite having unlimited data recharge it will say data exhausted. No data network in my room but calling is ok. Asked the app to connect to customer care it will say we can't. So what is it used for? At least a proper explanation is expected. Minus

The network is extremely slow. Even though my phone shows 4G with good signal, it takes ages to load even basic websites, apps, or videos. Sometimes nothing loads at all. What’s the point of showing 4G when the actual internet speed is this poor? This has been happening repeatedly and is incredibly frustrating. Please improve the network quality and speed.

The service quality is extremely poor, and the network coverage of VI is one of the worst I have experienced. Even the postpaid network service is highly unreliable, with frequent connectivity and call/data issues. Whenever I contact customer care, they only ask me to change or reset my mobile settings. However, the problem is clearly with the network, and changing phone settings does not resolve the issue. I am highly disappointed with the service and would not recommend VI to anyone consider.
