They always charge me extra, I had another number which I had requested almost a year ago to be deactivated and I had been charged for extra 299 monthly rental. Several times requested and now they are saying I need to pay pro-rata amount after finally deactivating the other number. They charge you for downloading stuff which have never downloaded the network issue is always there, slow internet and stuff.

App sometimes never updates to show the new balance after recharging. Also if you select unlimited night data, it doesn't send a confirmation message. Three updates now but still isn't fixed. Now the app requires you to give your location in order to raise a complaint. Absolutely pathetic data service in my area. Monthly data charges are just money into Vodafone's pocket.

Brothers, do not take BI SIM at all, even by mistake, the internet is very bad and there is no 5G in it, it will be upgraded, it is just showing that 5G will work but it will not work, 4GB is not working, only 1.5 GB is working in the whole day. I can't even talk to customer care brother, it's been three days, the internet is absolutely useless, even YouTube is not working, it is working intermittently.
