If there is a definition of a horrible app that "tries" to do a lot of things at once and at the same time is good at absolutely none of those things that it attempts to do, it is this! Welcome to the world of Vodafone where nothing works and you still end up paying through your nose. a simple bill payment from outside the country takes a minimum of 8 attempts each of which will cost you 5 mins of your life that you'll never get back. Pretty much the definition of service that Vodafone provides.

Very disappointed with Vodafone/Vi network service. The network keeps disappearing frequently, and many times I cannot even make a call on the first attempt. Calls either fail, disconnect, or take multiple attempts to connect. This is extremely frustrating, especially when you need to make an important call. The network quality has become very unreliable, and the service does not justify the money customers are paying. Vi really needs to improve its network coverage and call quality. Very poor

Worst of all apps. Have raised a complaint more than 4 times never got a solution even mailed them, still no reply. Irritating and frustrating the app is because they ask again and again to login. The app can't know the details of my ongoing pack. Despite having unlimited data recharge it will say data exhausted. No data network in my room but calling is ok. Asked the app to connect to customer care it will say we can't. So what is it used for? At least a proper explanation is expected. Minus
