In light of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice’s endeavor to provide its services and vision that focuses on facilitating the service’s arrival to the citizen, the Ministry has prepared an application on a mobile phone to reserve its services that enables the citizen to reserve a special role by phone before going to the documentation office

In the light of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice's continuous effort to facilitate service access to the citizens, the Ministry has developed a cellphone application to book its different services, which enables the citizen to reserve a specific time slot online before going to the documentation office.
The Ministry of Justice is working on developing and updating methods of delivering distinguished services that ease the experience and save the time of the customer, through the provision of electronic services, and the reliance on modern technologies to improve work efficiency and facilitate procedures for citizens.

Through the Ministry of Justice application, you can now easily review which real estate registration offices provide electronic services and the number of citizens requesting a power of attorney in the morning and the evening. The user can also reserve a slot on a specific date and time to request his power of attorney in order to save his and other citizens' time.

It doesn't work correctly and keep shutting down when trying to search for the branches availability or to reserve an appointmet.

Disappointed When trying to book an appointment, it prompts that you can't book for this ID more than once per day (for any day for and for any hours) not to mention that it actually doesn't make any bookings for this ID in the bookings list. So, it seems a glitch that the developer has overlooked and didn't validate this scenario and the process and didn't rectify this validation. It will need a lot of work to make it functional.

[February 2021] It seems to be working, however the error messages are not descriptive enough. I kept getting (choose different period) error, however the whole day was full. It shouldn't display days that are full in the list. [February 2021] booking is not working anymore unfortunately :( Please consider that such governmental apps should be reliable. [November 2020 review] Booking an appointment works like a charm! Great feature that saves a lot of time.
