The Ingles app leaves a lot to be desired. The only part that isn't frustrating is the checkout. I like Ingles itself. I prefer to keep my money local. Where I am, I have 2 choices, Walmart and Ingles. I'm caring for my grandma 24/7 with no help. This means I have to take her with me to get groceries. So, I have to order and pick them up. This app frustrates me to the point I usually end ordering everything from Walmart. Please redesign and make it better!! I'd do all shopping here.

LOVE having the curbside pickup option! The personal shoppers do an EXCELLENT job of choosing items & alternates. App is a little off sometimes. Honey ham (on sale) gave me an error pressing the + button. Also, when I click on an item in the circular, the photos in will be of one thing, but when you click on it, COMPLETELY different item. Please add a delete button beside the item on the checkout page and Put the United States of America at the TOP of the countries listed. WONDERFUL app!!

Once again, Ingles hasn't hit the mark keeping up with the times. This was my first curbside order. Some search words didn't take (they work for other grocery stores). With about 10% of the items, I clicked on, it either says an error, or the system can't find the item (although I clicked on the item such as in the weekly ad). Also, need PayPal or other digital means of payment. And with "Review of the Order", needs to review the date and time selected for the order, not just items bought.
