Pain to connect. More hassle than it's worth. Even after hours of troubleshooting to get connected the camera still doesn't work. Update - had this more than a year now. Still annoyingly useless. Doesn't provide useful notifications or accurate information about the Gardyn. Completely regrettable purchase.

I don't know what happened to this app! It suddenly won't let me manually turn on and off the lights and water. And now it's ignoring the schedule! My plants are going to die because I depend on the system to do what I paid $700+ to do! I have to work, I can turn the lights on and off every day, I really can't manually water all of the plants four times a day! Also, the physical system itself works! This issue is 100% the programming of this currently worthless app.

We love the physical Gardyn unit, but the membership is not great. We get 10 credits a month, which at first was great. But now they have doubled the amount of credits (from 1 to 2 credits) to get basic plants like cherry tomatoes for example. Also, ycubes come and go out of stock too fast. When a ycube is listed as "coming soon" that's not accurate as it takes months and months for it to come in stock and feels like most of them don't come into stock.

What’s new

Kelby moves front and center. Tasks and messages from your personal AI gardener now live at the top of your Home Screen, so the good stuff is the first thing you see when you open your app.

We also redesigned water and light displays, so you can check your Gardyn’s status and make adjustments at a glance.
