Very poor customer service in KSA.I was trying to subscribe for sab credit card offer and it shows that u already redeemed offer by this card but I actually I didn't redeemed.I contacted fitness team on instagaram and also by call & submitted my complaint and following up with them from last 3 weeks but no any support provided by them and they are asking me to just wait

Good customer services, nice maintaination of all branches all around the country. The only thing I'm not satisified with is non-exidtance of WI-FI in some categories of the club such as express, and I'm waiting for a positive response as soon as possible; moreover, not all clients can't afford paying for internet monthly especially in this category as far as it is for low-cost customers. I liked the creativity in the buildings, quality of machines, and unquestionably the clean places.

The app does not work, a horrible experience, you can't even access your membership or login through the website? Why? Who thought this was a good idea? Your app is not working and the website doesnt get me to access my membership, so how am i supposed to do it? Fix your app or fix your website, i can't believe a company like this one can't afford to make a good app giving the membership is not cheap!!
