App is very poorly made. Finished adding a card and want to go to the previous menu? The back button (android, not the arrow in the app) takes you back to the edit page instead of the menu. Actually you can see everything you did in the app with the back button. I can't delete my payment info and it takes 24 hours to delete the account. At this point I'm waiting for my card info to be stolen. If you have to use this app link your compass. At least there is no edit menu that would show your info

I was trying to extend my parking at San Jose and I got an error in internet connection every time I hit the extend button. Never got a confirmation of an extension. So I had to go to a machine and get a parking ticket. However I got got charged 4 times. When I tried to contact the support, no response. Not sure if I will be using this app again. Cannot trust this app.

Time reminders sent 2 days later - I've been using the app more frequently this month, and got a ticket the first time because the time expired. I received push notifications 2+ days later, and it's been the same each time after.
