The app was working properly. Now, you are not given the option to save your time when you are able to exit the parking space before time expires. This is disappointing.

App is very poorly made. Finished adding a card and want to go to the previous menu? The back button (android, not the arrow in the app) takes you back to the edit page instead of the menu. Actually you can see everything you did in the app with the back button. I can't delete my payment info and it takes 24 hours to delete the account. At this point I'm waiting for my card info to be stolen. If you have to use this app link your compass. At least there is no edit menu that would show your info

I was trying to extend my parking at San Jose and I got an error in internet connection every time I hit the extend button. Never got a confirmation of an extension. So I had to go to a machine and get a parking ticket. However I got got charged 4 times. When I tried to contact the support, no response. Not sure if I will be using this app again. Cannot trust this app.

Buenas estimado Sam, lamentamos mucho lo sucedido pero el error que describe fue a causa de nuestro procesador de pagos el Banco Nacional quien presento algunos problemas, todos estos cargos que indica fueron inmediatamente contra cargados y los fondos regresaran a su cuenta, de igual forma si tiene alguna duda puede llamar al 800 800 7275.
