Really hard to log on (said I didnt have a password) and get into a race I already signed up for. I had to do a weird way of getting it to track me because it didnt have my race connected after I finally was able to log in. Also didn't start when swiped right away, you have to swipe 2x. It didn't track my distance at all and when I tried to stop it, it wouldn't even work. I had to close out of the app and my time was deleted.

Hi Erin sorry for the issue you faced. Our support telephone line is 314-942-7201 open Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm Central or you can email us at support@itsyourrace.com. Make sure that you granted (accepted) the App the right to work in the background and track your location.

the app doesn't actually track your race, at least not for me, it never found GPS but started anyway so I ran for several minutes before realizing I was getting no credit for it. It also doesn't save your profile so I had to keep reinputting that every time I use the app. Hopefully it actually uploaded my race results which I had to enter manually.

Tried to use it for Bataan and it's absolute garbage. I read the feedback from users and support prior to starting so I'd be ready. Started the race but the map didn't load. I gave it all the permissions. Checked it after .1 miles. It logged out. Restarted app. Gave permissions. Still couldn't find me. Then it needed WiFi or cell signal. I had 5G, full bars. Used my Garmin instead. Four hours later it hasn't found me or registered any distance. Uninstalled. Plenty of better apps out there.

Hi Sean. Sorry for the issues you've been facing. The maps are loaded when both GPS data is acquired and cell coverage is strong enough. As per your review, the App asked for WiFi or Cell signal, so it means that the phone wasn't getting data from the cellular network. Have you tried the "Training" tab to verify?
